Our values
Current leadership coaching isn't built for students. High price barriers for quality coaching, restrictive college programs (i.e. business students only), and difficulties in navigating resources make leadership coaching a struggle. We aim to level the field by being a broker between the large community of coaches and students/alumni who want self-growth but don't know where to go.
